We move through a sequence designed just for you blending mindful breathing, purposeful movement, and gentle stretching to calm your nervous system and nurture your body. I guide you through each pose with care, offering optional hands-on adjustments and support to enhance your experience.

  • Beyond just the physical practice, I integrate conscious breathing, healing practices, meditation, and intention-setting to deepen your connection to yourself. Whether you desire a slow, restorative flow or a dynamic, energizing practice, each session is crafted to meet you exactly where you are.

Hi, I’m Jessica!

My journey with yoga began during university when I felt overwhelmed and searching for calm. Little did I know that years later, it would help me survive a near-death fall down a waterfall and heal from Lyme disease. Through teaching, I discovered my natural gift for energy healing, eventually becoming a Master Reiki practitioner.

With over 10 years of international teaching experience, I now blend ancient wisdom with modern practices to help high-achievers find balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves.

  • No prior experience is necessary! My 1:1 sessions are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. I’ll guide you with clear, supportive instruction and adjust the practice to match your current level.

    Having experienced it myself, I know firsthand how transformative yoga can be in healing from injuries. Years ago, I used yoga to rehabilitate my own broken knee, and since then, I've helped many clients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through sessions. I’ve worked with a range of clients from those who suffer from sciatica and sit most of the day at the desk to athletes who needed to bounce back after a serious injury.

    Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or dealing with physical limitations, I’ll create a safe, supportive environment that promotes healing and mobility.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement. You may also want to bring a water bottle and any personal props you enjoy using, like a yoga mat or blocks. I will provide any additional props needed for our session.

    If your session is at home, have your own yoga mat ready.

  • Not at all! One of the biggest myths about yoga is that you need to be naturally flexible to get started. Yoga is about building strength, mobility, and connection to your body, mind, and soul. Flexibility develops over time as you practice.

    One of the greatest benefits of private sessions is that you can feel completely at ease, practicing in a safe and supportive environment without worrying about being in front of others. My sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re feeling tight, stiff, or completely new to movement.
